RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES

 

Our facilities are available for event rentals, such as Conferences, Commercial ventures, Weddings and Funerals.

We don not provide rental space for Birthday Parties or other personal/family events.

 

Community Room: Carpeted with upholstered seats and A/V capabilities.  Seats 200 or approx. 100 seated at tables.

THIS VENUE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS OR FUNERALS, OR IN COMBINATION WITH RINK RENTALS FOR LARGE EVENTS.

 

Former Rink area: Cement floor with surrounding bleachers, large commercial roll-up doors.  

Total floor space measures 200 x 80 feet.

 

Kitchen: Non-commercial.  Light service kitchen with serving window, not equipped with dishwasher.                            

Suitable for caterers to bring prepared food on-site to serve.  The Kitchen is only available  to rent with large rink rentals.

Rental rates and room availability will be discussed, based on your event needs.

 

Please note that our rental rates are based on fair market value.

A Facility Monitor is on-site at all times to provide security and facility assistance for you and your guests.

As is common practice with venue rentals, a Certificate of Insurance is required in advance of all rentals.

Rental Policy: All activity details are requested and are pre-approved by Church Leadership prior to finalizing a Rental Contract.
